Your first session is an intake appointment, which means we’ll spend time getting to know you and understanding what’s been going on. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, your history, and what you hope to work on. You don’t need to have everything figured out - this is simply a starting point for us to build a picture of what’s happening and how we can help.

Most clients start with weekly or biweekly sessions. As therapy progresses, we may meet less often depending on your goals, schedule, and comfort level. We’ll make that decision together - therapy should work for your life, not against it.

After the consultation, we will send you an email and if you would like to begin therapy, you are welcome to book an initial session.
