A special form of psychotherapy designed to address the unique emotional, psychological, social, and developmental needs of teenagers and young adolescents. One-on-one therapy (ages 13+) for a variety of presenting concerns:

Adult Psychotherapy

One-on-one virtual or telephone therapy for adults looking for a space to connect, build healthy coping strategies, reduce mental health symptoms, and improve relationship with self and others. For adults aged 18+ with a variety of presenting concerns:

  • Anxiety Disorders

  • Depression and Mood Disorders

  • Trauma, PTSD, and Trauma-Related Disorders

  • Self-Esteem, Self-Worth & Identity Exploration

  • Stress Management

  • Relationship Issues

  • Grief and Loss

Insurance

Most extended health-care plans include coverage for Registered Psychotherapists. Please check with your employer/benefit package to see if you have coverage. Click here to see a list of approved insurance providers.

Sliding Scale

Sliding scale (reduced fee) sessions are available to those without insurance coverage. Please inquire with Chelsea if cost is a barrier to service for you.

Trauma Therapy

One-on-one virtual or telephone therapy for individuals looking to process traumatic experiences, overcome the emotional and psychological impact of trauma, find safety within the self, and learn effective coping skills. For individuals with a variety of presenting concerns:

  • Childhood trauma

  • Abusive/Narcissistic relationships

  • PTSD, CPTSD, and Trauma-Related Disorders

  • Witness to traumatic event(s)

  • Single traumatic event

  • Sexual trauma

  • Attachment trauma
